Getting 'TooManyRequests' scenarios While Scaling OCI Load Balancer with Terraform
I've looked through the documentation and I'm still confused about I'm currently using Terraform to manage my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources, specifically trying to scale my load balancer. However, when I execute `terraform apply`, I receive a `TooManyRequests` behavior. Here’s a snippet of the Terraform configuration I’m using for the load balancer: ```hcl resource "oci_load_balancer" "my_lb" { display_name = "my-load-balancer" compartment_id = var.compartment_id shape = "100Mbps" subnet_ids = var.subnet_ids backend_set { name = "my-backend-set" health_checker { protocol = "HTTP" port = 80 url_path = "/" interval_in_millis = 30000 timeout_in_millis = 30000 healthy_threshold = 3 unhealthy_threshold = 2 } backends { ip_address = "10.0.0.1" port = 80 weight = 100 } } } ``` I’ve tried running the apply command multiple times but it seems to consistently hit this behavior, which seems to suggest I'm exceeding some rate limits. I’ve also checked the OCI console for any service limits and increased my resource limits for load balancers, but it hasn't helped. My Terraform and OCI provider versions are Terraform v1.0.11 and the OCI provider v3.0.0. Has anyone experienced this scenario or can provide guidance on how to scale a load balancer without running into these rate limit errors? Am I missing something obvious?
