We've set up a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, but I'm struggling with how to configure the testing phase to automatically run our PHPUnit tests. Previously, I created a simple workflow to build the Flutter app and deploy it, but my attempts to add PHP tests resulted in some confusion. The local environment mirrors the CI environment as closely as possible, but I suspect that there might be some differences in the way environments handle dependencies. To troubleshoot, I’ve tried using different versions of Composer and even manually specifying the dependencies in the GitHub Actions workflow. Still, the issue persists. Another thing I've considered is whether the PHP extensions required by my application are available in the GitHub Action environment.
