Visual Studio 2022 - how to to Attach to Process for Blazor WebAssembly Debugging
I'm integrating two systems and I'm having trouble attaching the Visual Studio 2022 debugger to a running Blazor WebAssembly application. I can start the project without issues, but when I try to attach to the process, it doesn't show the correct process in the 'Attach to Process' dialog. I've already verified that the project is running and the application is accessible in the browser. When I go to Debug > Attach to Process, I only see the browser processes (Chrome, Edge) and not the actual Blazor WebAssembly environment. I've confirmed that 'Show processes from all users' is checked, and I've also tried launching Visual Studio as an administrator, but nothing changes. Here's my launchSettings.json configuration: ```json { "profiles": { "BlazorApp": { "commandName": "Project", "launchBrowser": true, "environmentVariables": { "ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT": "Development" } } } } ``` I've also attempted to change the Debugger settings by toggling between 'Managed' and 'Script' debugging options, but that didn't help. Is there a specific configuration or step I might be missing to get the debugger to attach properly? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
