best practices for 'Too many open files' scenarios in FastAPI with async file handling?
After trying multiple solutions online, I still can't figure this out. I've been working on this all day and I'm working with a 'Too many open files' behavior when handling multiple file uploads in my FastAPI application. I have a route that allows users to upload files asynchronously, and I'm using the `aiofiles` library to manage file I/O operations. However, when multiple users upload files simultaneously, I get the following behavior: ``` OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files ``` My code for the file upload endpoint looks like this: ```python from fastapi import FastAPI, UploadFile, File import aiofiles app = FastAPI() @app.post("/upload/") async def upload_file(file: UploadFile = File(...)): async with aiofiles.open(f'uploads/{file.filename}', 'wb') as out_file: content = await file.read() await out_file.write(content) return {"filename": file.filename} ``` I've tried increasing the limit of open files in my operating system using `ulimit -n 4096`, but it still doesn't seem to resolve the scenario when multiple files are uploaded simultaneously.
