HTML Table Not Responsive in Bootstrap 5 with Flexbox Classes

After trying multiple solutions online, I still can't figure this out. I'm working on a project and hit a roadblock. I've searched everywhere and can't find a clear answer. I'm currently working on a responsive layout using Bootstrap 5, and I've encountered an issue with my HTML table not adapting correctly on smaller screens. I attempted to utilize Bootstrap's flexbox utilities to make the table more responsive, but it seems like the table still overflows the container on mobile devices. Here's the relevant part of my code: ```html <div class="container"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-12"> <table class="table table-responsive"> <thead> <tr> <th scope="col">#</th> <th scope="col">First</th> <th scope="col">Last</th> <th scope="col">Handle</th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr> <td>1</td> <td>Mark</td> <td>Otto</td> <td>@mdo</td> </tr> <tr> <td>2</td> <td>Jacob</td> <td>Thornton</td> <td>@fat</td> </tr> <tr> <td>3</td> <td>Larry</td> <td>the Bird</td> <td>@twitter</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> </div> </div> ``` I expected the table to be scrollable on smaller devices, but instead, it appears cut-off and doesn't fit the screen. I've tried wrapping the table in a div with the class `table-responsive`, but I'm still facing the same issue. I also made sure to include the Bootstrap CSS link in my HTML. Here's the link to the Bootstrap CDN I'm using: ```html <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/5.1.3/css/bootstrap.min.css"> ``` I've checked the browser's developer tools, and there are no CSS rules overriding the Bootstrap styles. Is there a specific class I'm missing, or is there a particular way I should be structuring the table for it to behave responsively? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! For context: I'm using Html on Ubuntu. I'd really appreciate any guidance on this. This is part of a larger web app I'm building. I'm on Windows 11 using the latest version of Html. I'd be grateful for any help. Any feedback is welcome!
