OCI Data Science: implementing Model Deployment using the CLI and Getting 'Permission Denied' scenarios
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Hey everyone, I'm running into an issue that's driving me crazy. I am trying to deploy a machine learning model on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Science using the CLI, but I keep working with a 'Permission Denied' behavior when attempting to create a deployment. I've ensured that my OCI CLI is correctly configured and authenticated with the necessary credentials. Hereβs the command I am using: ```bash oci data-science model-deployment create --compartment-id <compartment_id> --model-id <model_id> --display-name "MyModelDeployment" --instance-type "VM.Standard2.1" --subnet-id <subnet_id> ``` When I run this command, I receive the following behavior: ``` behavior: oci.exceptions.ServiceError: (403, 'Forbidden', 'Permission denied for the specified resource. Please ensure you have the appropriate permissions.') ``` Iβve checked my user policy and it includes the following permissions: ```json Allow group DataScienceGroup to manage models in compartment <compartment_id> Allow group DataScienceGroup to manage model-deployments in compartment <compartment_id> ``` I also confirmed that my user is part of the `DataScienceGroup`. I tried adjusting the policies to include more specific permissions for the deployment, but the behavior continues. Additionally, I verified that my model is in the 'Ready' state and is accessible. Is there anything else I might be missing in terms of permissions or setup? Any guidance on this scenario would be greatly appreciated! Am I missing something obvious? This is my first time working with Bash stable. What's the correct way to implement this?
