I'm trying to launch a new compute instance in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) but I'm running into an 'Insufficient Quota' behavior, even though the dashboard shows available resources in my compartment. I'm using the OCI CLI version 3.0.0 and I've confirmed that my tenancy has sufficient limits for the shape I'm trying to use (VM.Standard2.4). Here's the command I'm using to create the instance: ```bash oci compute instance launch \ --compartment-id <compartment_id> \ --availability-domain <availability_domain> \ --shape VM.Standard2.4 \ --display-name "MyNewInstance" \ --image-id <image_id> \ --subnet-id <subnet_id> \ --assign-public-ip true ``` When I execute this command, I receive the behavior message: ``` behavior: Insufficient quota for shape 'VM.Standard2.4' in region '<region>'. ``` I've verified that my quota limits in the OCI console are accurate. I've also tried launching a smaller instance type, such as VM.Standard2.1, and that works fine, which further confuses me. Additionally, I checked the service limits and it appears that I should be within those limits: - **Compute Quota in Region:** 20 instances - **VM.Standard2.4 Quota:** 10 instances I currently have 5 instances running, so I'm puzzled why I'm hitting this quota behavior.
