Core Data Fetch Request Not Returning Expected Results in iOS 16 App with NSPredicate
I'm building a feature where I've been struggling with this for a few days now and could really use some help. This might be a silly question, but I'm experiencing an scenario with a Core Data fetch request in my iOS 16 app. The fetch request doesn't seem to return the expected results when using an `NSPredicate` to filter data. I have an entity named `User` with attributes `name` (String) and `age` (Integer). I'm trying to fetch users who are older than 25, but the result set is empty even though there are records that match this condition in the database. Here is the code I'm using to perform the fetch: ```swift let fetchRequest: NSFetchRequest<User> = User.fetchRequest() let predicate = NSPredicate(format: "age > %d", 25) fetchRequest.predicate = predicate do { let results = try context.fetch(fetchRequest) print("Fetched Users: \(results)") } catch { print("Failed to fetch users: \(behavior)") } ``` I've verified that the context is properly initialized and that the data is saved correctly. I even tried using a different predicate with a simple equality check, like `name == 'John'`, and it worked fine. However, when filtering by age, the results are always empty. I've also checked for any possible issues with data types in the Core Data model, and everything seems correct. To rule out any caching issues, I tried resetting the context, but that didn't help either. I'm not getting any specific behavior messages, just no results found. Could there be an scenario with how I'm defining my predicate or something else affecting the fetch request on iOS 16? How would you solve this?
